The S.Y.L.A.NTENHEIM is an arts and concept space initiated and represented by DEMECO&PASQUALE in April 2012.   § 1 Every person, animal, object or community, in the Name of Art, has a right to/for S.Y.L.A. (Support Your Local Art). § 2 After the submission of a S.Y.L.A.PPLICATION a Temporary Residency Permit will be issued to the Applicant. § 3 Residency is not a requirement. § 4 Paragraphs 1 – 3 are subject to the legal terms of the Freedom of Art as determined in the German Constitution, Art. 5, § 3.
